BEST SHRIMP MASALA!

Ingredients
  • 1.   1 lb of wild-caught shrimp
  • 2.   ½ chopped onion
  • 3.   2 medium-sized chopped tomatoes
  • 4.  ½ cilantro chopped
  • 5.   Spices:
  • 6.   1 tsp of cumin seeds
  • 7.   1 tsp of ground cumin seeds
  • 8.   ½ tsp ground cayenne pepper (add as needed for more spice)
  • 9.   1 tsp curry masala
  • 10.   2 tsp of fine, shredded coconut (optional)
  • 11.  Salt to taste
  • 12. Oil spray if needed (You can make this recipe with/out any oil)
Steps
  •     1: Place a pan on the stove on medium heat
  •     2: Spray avocado oil in the pan, if needed (You can make this recipe without any oil
  •     as well)
  •     3: Add chopped onions and cumin seeds, and cook for a minute
  •     4: Add chopped tomatoes and let cook for a couple of minutes
  •     5: Add cilantro and add the shrimp, mix well, cover the pan and cook for about 5
  •     minutes
  •     6: Add all the spices and salt. Mix well and cook for couple more minutes
  •     7: Garnish with cilantro and enjoy!
