Ingredients
- 1. 1 lb of wild-caught shrimp
- 2. ½ chopped onion
- 3. 2 medium-sized chopped tomatoes
- 4. ½ cilantro chopped
- 5. Spices:
- 6. 1 tsp of cumin seeds
- 7. 1 tsp of ground cumin seeds
- 8. ½ tsp ground cayenne pepper (add as needed for more spice)
- 9. 1 tsp curry masala
- 10. 2 tsp of fine, shredded coconut (optional)
- 11. Salt to taste
- 12. Oil spray if needed (You can make this recipe with/out any oil)
Steps
- 1: Place a pan on the stove on medium heat
- 2: Spray avocado oil in the pan, if needed (You can make this recipe without any oil
- as well)
- 3: Add chopped onions and cumin seeds, and cook for a minute
- 4: Add chopped tomatoes and let cook for a couple of minutes
- 5: Add cilantro and add the shrimp, mix well, cover the pan and cook for about 5
- minutes
- 6: Add all the spices and salt. Mix well and cook for couple more minutes
- 7: Garnish with cilantro and enjoy!
