Apple Kheer


1. 1-liter milk

2. 1/2 cup of non-fat dry milk

3. 3 organic sweet apples

4. 1/4 cup maple syrup

5. 1/4 sliced almonds

6. 1/4 cup cashew pieces

7. 1 tsp cardamom and a pinch of saffron

8. couple drops of Vanilla extract


Take 1 cup of milk in a small bowl from the 1-liter milk. Mix the dry milk in 1 cup of milk.

Use a 12-hole muffin tray and muffin liners

In a large pan, add both the milk, maple syrup and cook until the milk comes to half, stirring so the milk doesn’t stick to the pan and milk thickens. About 15-20 minutes

Grate 2 apples and add to the milk, cook for about 4-5 minutes. Add cardamom, saffron, vanilla extract and stir

Thin slice the remaining apple and add these slices to the milk and turn off the stove. Add the almonds and cashews and cover the pot for 2-3 minutes

Stir well! Serve warm or cold!
