Easy Protein Truffle

INGREDIENTS

1. 1/2 cup chopped almonds


2. 1/2 cup flax seeds


3. 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds. Roast them lightly


4. In the food processor add 1 cup pitted dates


5. 1/2 cup dried figs


6. 1 cup poppy seeds


7. 1/2 cup coconut flakes

steps

Add toasted nuts and blend them. Make round balls and roll in the poppy seeds and coconut. Grease hands to make truffles.
