Cashew Milk

This milk is very nutritious and delicious. If you have problems with dairy, this or any other nut milk is good for you! You can use the same recipe for any nut or seed milk

  •  1. 1 cup of raw cashews
  •  2. 4 dates
  •  3. 4 cups of filtered water


  • 1.In a blender, mix all the ingredients and blend until the mixture looks like milk.
  • 2.Strain it if needed or just use it with the pulp. Enjoy!
