Healthy starts in the kitchen
1. 6 pasture-raised eggs
2. 12 oz Chocolate chips
3. 1/4 cup milk
4. Oil spray
1. Preheat oven to 350º F
2. Oil spray an 8-inch square oven-safe dish
3. Separate the egg yolk and the egg white in 2 different bowls
4. Whisk egg whites to soft peaks (looks like foam)
5. In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips and milk. Heat 30 secs interval, melt the chocolate and mix. Slightly cool it
6. Add egg yolks to the melted chocolate and whisk well
7. Fold the egg white into the chocolate mixture and mix well
8. Pour this mixture into the prepared oven-safe dish
9. Bake for 20 minutes Enjoy by itself or with vanilla ice-cream!
