This mango soft serve is creamy, healthy and refreshingly delicious!. It’s dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and naturally vegan so it’s not only tasty but guilt-free in so many ways. It’s the perfect cool, sweet luscious tropical treat or frozen dessert. Made with frozen mango, coconut milk and maple syrup for sweetness, this Mango Soft Serve is blended to an airy and silky-smooth texture. Allow to freeze for 30 minutes to achieve perfect scooping consistency.

  • 1. 1/2 fresh ripe Mango
  • 2. 1/2 cup organic Coconut milk
  • 3. 5 pitted dates
  • 4. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5. 2 whole almonds
  • 6. 2 cashews
  • 7. 2 walnuts (optional)
  • 1 Peel and cut the Mango and freeze for 3-4 hours
  • 2.In a food processor, add the frozen mangoes, coconut milk, dates, and nuts (optional)
  • 3 Empty the mixture into a freezer bowl, garnish with sliced almonds and pistachios
  • 4 Put the bowl in the freezer covered for 3-4 hours
