Mango Coconut icecream

INGREDIENTS
1. 1/2 fresh ripe Mango
2. 1/2 cup organic Coconut milk
3. 5 pitted dates
4. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
5. 2 whole almonds
6. 2 cashews
7. 2 walnuts (optional)
steps
1 Peel and cut the Mango and freeze for 3-4 hours
2.In a food processor, add the frozen mangoes, coconut milk, dates, and nuts (optional)
3 Empty the mixture into a freezer bowl, garnish with sliced almonds and pistachios
4 Put the bowl in the freezer covered for 3-4 hours
