INGREDIENTS
1. 16 oz Bella or Crimini mushrooms washed and chopped
2. As the oil gets warm, add cumin seeds and chopped onions
3. Cook the onions until they are translucent in color, add the tomato sauce or puree and cook for a couple of minutes
4. Add the Green Masala, garlic powder, salt, and all the spices and let simmer for 4-5 minutes
5. Add the chopped mushrooms and mix well. Cover the pan and let simmer until mushrooms are cooked. Don’t overcook it. Garnish with cilantro and Enjoy with brown rice, roti or naans
