1. 9 organic pasture raised eggs
2. ½ cup spinach chopped
3. 1 can organic black beans
4. ½ medium-size onion chopped
5. ½ cup chopped red cabbage
6. 1 tomato chopped
7. ½ bunch cilantro chopped
8. ½ cup cheese
9. 2-3 mushrooms chopped
10. 1 tsp ground cumin seeds
11. ½ tsp turmeric powder
12. 2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
13. Salt and black pepper to taste
14. Coconut Oil
Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and sauté.
