Easy Cheesy Brussels Sprouts

1. 1 lb Brussels Sprouts, washed and cut into halves


2. 4-5 cloves fresh garlic chopped


3. 1/4-1/2 cup of cheese


4. 1/2 bunch cilantro chopped


5. 2 tbsp of avocado oil


6. 1/2 cup of water


7. Sea salt to taste


8. Spices: 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1-2 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp curry powder, 2 tsp cumin powder, 2 tsp garlic powder

Put a pan on the stove and add oil to the pan

Add the chopped garlic and cook for a minute

Add the Brussels Sprouts and cook for 3-4 minutes

Add the spices, add water and let cook for another 3-4 minutes

Add the cilantro

Add the cheese, Let the cheese melt and serve warm. Enjoy!
