Healthy starts in the kitchen
1. 1 lb Brussels Sprouts, washed and cut into halves
2. 4-5 cloves fresh garlic chopped
3. 1/4-1/2 cup of cheese
4. 1/2 bunch cilantro chopped
5. 2 tbsp of avocado oil
6. 1/2 cup of water
7. Sea salt to taste
8. Spices: 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1-2 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp curry powder, 2 tsp cumin powder, 2 tsp garlic powder
Add the chopped garlic and cook for a minute
