EASY CHEESY BRUSSELS SPROUTS !
Dish Description
This creamy, cheesy baked Brussels sprout gratin will convince even the pickiest of eaters to gobble down their veggies. Cheese adds richness and flavor, while the panko adds a little crunch on top. It is loaded with bacon and lots of melted cheese, and comes together in a single skillet

Ingredients
- 1. 1 lb Brussels Sprouts, washed and cut into halves
- 2. 4-5 cloves fresh garlic chopped
- 3. 1/4-1/2 cup of cheese
- 4. 1/2 bunch cilantro chopped
- 5. 2 tbsp of avocado oil
- 6. 1/2 cup of water
- 7. Sea salt to taste
- 8. Spices: 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1-2 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp curry powder, 2 tsp cumin powder, 2 tsp garlic powder
Steps
- 1.Put a pan on the stove and add oil to the pan
- 2.Add the chopped garlic and cook for a minute
- 3. Add the Brussels Sprouts and cook for 3-4 minutes
- 4. Add the spices, add water and let cook for another 3-4 minutes
- 5 Add the cilantro
- 6 Add the cheese, Let the cheese melt and serve warm. Enjoy!
