Healthy starts in the kitchen
1. 1/2 lbs organic turkey or Free range chicken or grass-fed beef
2. 1 pasture-raised egg
3. 5-6 organic green onions, chopped
4. 1 bunch of organic cilantro, chopped
5. 2-3 tablespoons of Green Masala
6. 2 tablespoons organic Flax seeds powder
7. 1 lemon juice extracted
8. 2 tablespoons non-fat yogurt
9. 1 tablespoon cumin powder
10. 1 tablespoon coriander powder
11. 1 tablespoon red chili powder
12. 3-4 stalks fresh mint leaves chopped
13. Salt to taste
1. Mix the meat with green masala, yogurt, lemon and egg
2. Mix rest of the ingredients.
3. Marinate overnight or for a couple of hours
4. Preheat oven to 400 F
5. Roll with hands in a shape of long Seekh Kabab and spread on a baking dish
6. Bake in the oven for 1 hour.
7.Garnish with cilantro and mint, ENJOY!
