Ingredients
- 1. 2 cups of Red Lentil Pasta
- 2. 1 cup of wild caught shrimp (optional)
- 3. 1 cup of frozen organic veggies
- 4. 2 tablespoon of Avocado Oil
- 5. 1 tablespoon Green Masala (optional)
- 6. 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 7. 1 tsp curry powder, cumin powder, and cayenne pepper each
- 8. 1/2 cup bone broth (optional) or water
- 9. 1 tablespoon cilantro chopped (optional)
- 10. 1 tablespoon shredded cheese (optional)
- 11. 2 stalks of green onions chopped
- 12. Salt to taste
Steps
- 1.Cook the lentil pasta as directed on the package.
- 2.Place a pan on the stove on medium flame, add oil, chopped onions, and garlic powder.
- 3.Cook for couple minutes, add green masala, and dry spices
- 4.Cook another couple minutes, add shrimp, veggies, and bone broth
- 5.Cover the pan and cook for about 5 minutes. Check the shrimp. If shrimp is cooked, add the pasta
- 6.Garnish with cheese and cilantro! Enjoy!
