Red Lentil Pasta with Veggies & Shrimp

1. 2 cups of Red Lentil Pasta


2. 1 cup of wild caught shrimp (optional)


3. 1 cup of frozen organic veggies


4. 2 tablespoon of Avocado Oil


5. 1 tablespoon Green Masala (optional)


6. 1 tablespoon garlic powder


7. 1 tsp curry powder, cumin powder, and cayenne pepper each


8. 1/2 cup bone broth (optional) or water


9. 1 tablespoon cilantro chopped (optional)


10. 1 tablespoon shredded cheese (optional)


11. 2 stalks of green onions chopped


12. Salt to taste

Steps

Cook the lentil pasta as directed on the package.

Place a pan on the stove on medium flame, add oil, chopped onions, and garlic powder.

Cook for couple minutes, add green masala, and dry spices

Cook another couple minutes, add shrimp, veggies, and bone broth

Cover the pan and cook for about 5 minutes. Check the shrimp. If shrimp is cooked, add the pasta

Garnish with cheese and cilantro! Enjoy!
