Seekh Kebab is a flavorful Indian dish made with minced meat, spices, and herbs, skewered and grilled to perfection, offering a smoky, savory, and aromatic delight.

Ingredients
- 1/2 lbs organic turkey or Free range chicken or grass-fed beef
- 1 pasture-raised egg
- 5-6 organic green onions, chopped
- 1 bunch of organic cilantro, chopped
- 2-3 tablespoons of Green Masala
- 2 tablespoons organic Flax seeds powder
- 1 lemon juice extracted
- 2 tablespoons non-fat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon red chili powder
- 3-4 stalks fresh mint leaves chopped
- Salt to taste
Steps
- Mix the meat with green masala, yogurt, lemon and egg
- Mix rest of the ingredients.
- Marinate overnight or for a couple of hours
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- Roll with hands in a shape of long Seekh Kabab and spread on a baking dish
- Bake in the oven for 1 hour.
- Garnish with cilantro and mint, ENJOY!
