Dish Description
BASE Mayonnaise is mixed with a bit of olive oil and some sour cream to create a deliciously creamy blend. TANG Both red wine vinegar and freshly squeezed lemon juice add some fresh tangy flavor to this creamy dressing

Ingredients
- 1. 2 cleaned and pitted avocados
- 2. 4-5 cloves garlic peeled
- 3. 1 bunch washed and chopped organic cilantro
- 4. 1-2 chopped jalapenos, depending on your spice level
- 5. ½ cup fresh washed and chopped mint leaves
- 6. 1 lemon juice squeezed
- 7. 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 8. 2 teaspoons ground cumin seeds
- 9. Salt to taste
- 10. Water as needed, depending on if you like thick or thin
Steps
- 1. Blend all the above ingredients in a blender. Store half in the refrigerator for daily use and a half in the freezer for later. Add to any salads or dish and enjoy!
- 2. This dressing can be used with any salads or dish. You can refrigerate and store for a month.
