4. 1-2 chopped jalapenos, depending on your spice level
5. ½ cup fresh washed and chopped mint leaves
6. 1 lemon juice squeezed
7. 1/2 cup greek yogurt
8. 2 teaspoons ground cumin seeds
9. Salt to taste
10. Water as needed, depending on if you like thick or thin

1. Blend all the above ingredients in a blender. Store half in the refrigerator for daily use and a half in the freezer for later. Add to any salads or dish and enjoy!
