Healthy starts in the kitchen
1. One bunch of organic kale
2. 2 cups spinach chopped
3. 1 cup red cabbage chopped
4. 1/2 cup chopped celery
5. 1/2 cup chopped carrots
6. 1/2 cucumber chopped
7. 1 avocado, Clean, pit, and mash the avocado
8. 2 pastured-raised eggs, Boil, peel and sliced
9. 1 lemon juice squeezed
10. 1 cup canned chic peas
11. 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds, radish, walnuts, raisins(Optional)
12. 2 tsp Balsamic vinegar
13. Salt and pepper to taste
14. 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1. Wash and chop the kale, spinach, and red cabbage
2. Massage the Kale with 1 squeezed lemon, set aside for 15-20 minutes, after 15-20 mins, squeeze the water out of massaged kale
3. Add the spinach to the kale and massage the kale and spinach with avocado.
4. Add celery, cumbers, carrots, red cabbage, pomegranate seeds, chopped eggs, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Mix well and Serve.
