Toasted Multigrain bread with Boiled Egg!

Simply perfect for breakfast or teatime snack is this delicious boiled egg sandwich! Sandwiches have been a regular recipe in the Indian household for ages! There are tonnes of ways to make an egg sandwich but this one comes with a slightly different boiled egg filling. You can quickly make this sandwich within 15-20 minutes and that too with very fewer ingredients.

  • 1. 1 slice of Multigrain Bread/
  • 2. 1/2 pitted and mashed avocado.
  • 3. 1 sliced boiled egg.
  • 4. 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds.
  • 5. Salt, cayenne pepper, and pepper as needed.
  • 1. Toast the bread, and spread the mashed avocado.
  • 2. Spread the sliced egg and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds salt, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Serve warm.
